After you contact us with your dental problems, we give you an approximate cost based on x-rays or any other material that you supply to us. If you can’t supply any of these, we could set up a call with our dentists via Skype or MSN to learn more about your medical condition while you learn more about our process, clinic and doctors. The cost will include accommodation and travel costs (if required) Once you decide to visit our clinic for treatment, accommodation and travel services (if requested) are arranged by travel representatives assigned to yourself. The staff will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. You will be introduced to the clinic, city of Izmir and shown the hotel facilities. Daily contact will be made to ensure that you have everything you need including arrangements for any excursions that you require. The welcome, transportation between airport-hotel-clinic and the initial consultation is free of charge. The cost of treatment might be adjusted based on initial consultation. The patient can choose to change treatment plan or cancel it though none of our patients have cancelled it so far We do require deposit on treatment payment. Payment for travel (if requested) and accommodation needs to be paid upfront. The whole payment needs to be completed before the treatment is finalized
